Verdan partnered with Ozo Studio to refine its e-commerce experience as the brand continued to grow. While the product offering was strong, the online experience needed to better reflect the brand’s lifestyle values while supporting usability and conversion.

Checkout and browsing flows were simplified to reduce friction, with special attention given to mobile usability and performance.
